With mobile usage on the rise, the American Red Cross saw an opportunity to modernize their mobile experience and increase sales for their instructional classes.
What We Did
Business goals, current customer interactions and role model mobile experiences were reviewed. Wires were then created with a mobile first approach. Current UI patterns were used to dramatically update the interface and ensure an intuitive and native feel across mobile, tablet and desktop. 2 – 3 design directions were provided with the final design down-selected after multiple working sessions. An InVision prototype was created and iteratively updated to ensure integration of stakeholder feedback.
